Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we always welcome new patients! Please call and our scheduling coordinator will gladly assist you.

What do I need to bring to my first visit?

  • Medication list
  • Any previous x-rays
  • Dental insurance cards

Before your first visit, you’ll need to complete our New Patient Questionnaire.

Do you participate with my insurance?

We participate with Aetna, Anthem, Assurant, Careington PPO, Cigna Radius, Dominion, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, Maverest, Metlife, Principal, United Concordia and United Healthcare. We welcome all military families. We now accept Humana, United Healthcare and DentaQuest Medicare plans.

What payment options do you provide?

We provide a number of different payment options including cash, check, credit cards, Alpheon Credit and Care Credit. We do our best to make dental care affordable for you.

How much will my visit cost?

This will depend on what services are provided and if there is any dental insurance we will be filing. Our staff will always give you an estimate prior to your treatment.

What if I have a tooth emergency after hours?

Our doctors handle emergencies with extreme care and understanding. Each of our doctors will rotate call schedules just in case an emergency should arise for our patients of record. For after hour emergencies please leave a voicemail message and we will return your call promptly.
